Heartland Homes to Preview New McCandless Community
The community is located off Ringeisen Road, in the shadow of the Duncan Manor Shopping Center.
A brand new one cul-de-sac street private community in McCandless Township is being previewed on Thursday, January 31st. The community, located off Ringeisen Road, will feature large home sites near McCandless Crossing.
14 sites in Waterford Place are available, all in the in the North Allegheny School District.
A VIP Preview Party will begin at 5:30pm at the Pinecrest community model home in Pine Township.
Anyone interested in hearing additional details on the community is welcome to attend. Heartland Homes will release the community site map, floor plans being offered and pricing for the homes at the preview event.
The custom homes will feature HardiePlank siding, brick water tables, concrete driveways and upgraded landscaping packages.
The Heartland Homes team will be on hand to answer questions in an open house format.
