North Allegheny School Board Member Resigns
Beth Ludwig has been a member of the board since Dec. 2001.
Beth Ludwig, a member of the North Allegheny School Board since 2001, confirmed prior to Wednesday's school board meeting, that she is resigning. Her term expires in Dec. 2015.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ludwig was sitting in the back of the room with other members of the audience. She would not comment on the reason for her resignation.

JAB, to be fair, Mrs. Ludwig did explain her reasonings later in the meeting. I have not had a chance to post that story, it will be up on the site first thing in the morning.

Per the article in the PG...*Mrs. Ludwig, a former teacher, said she was "disheartened" by the tone of recent months where parents opposed to the proposed closing of Peebles Elementary School lobbed personal attacks against individual board members and administrators, both in meetings and online.*
I would like to see the evidence of this in the meeting minutes. All I saw from her was bullying other people.
