North Allegheny Schools on Two-Hour Delay Monday
A forecast of freezing rain prompted school officials to delay the start of classes.
On Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, the North Allegheny School District
will operate on a 2-hour delay with a modified kindergarten schedule due to icy roads and sidewalks.
