Ann Manchella will return to Northland Library to conduct another of her popular Indian Cooking classes. She will prepare RASAM, a lentil soup that has many spices, considered to be good for the health, especially during winter months. As usual, there will be tasty samples of the soup for everyone after the presentation.

More About Northland Public Library
The Northland Public Library serves the townships of the North Allegheny School District. The library is partnered with the Carnegie Library System, which encompasses all of Allegheny County; anyone with a Northland or Carnegie library card can access any of the materials within the county-wide system. These materials include books, audio and video recordings and reference material. The library also hosts youth activities and adult classes. It also rents out meeting facilities for a nominal charge.
