Guess Who Bought North Allegheny's Most Expensive Home in 2012?

Several homes in the North Allegheny School District topped the Pittsburgh Business Times' list of the 50 most expensive home sales in the region.

Based on 2012 real estate transactions, a Marshall home on Copper Creek Lane ranked No. 5 in the region at $2,104,943.

Eric and Wendy Rychel made the purchase, which came just ahead of a $2 million purchase on Registry Lane in Marshall. That transaction by Thomas J. and Kelly A. Dowd ranked at No. 9.

Real estate purchases in Franklin Park, Adams and Sewickley also made the top 50, according to the Business Times.
