McCandless Crossing Update: Ryan Homes Taking Over Construction of Townhomes

Construction is expected to begin in August.

Heartland Homes will no longer by the builder of 53 Town Homes in McCandless Crossing, but the company will still be part of the project.

Heartland will develop the land, and Ryan Homes will market and build the homes, according to the Town of McCandless web site. The homes will be priced between $225,000 and $245,000 with construction expected to get underway by August, the web site reports.

The McCandless Crossing town homes will be built on the stretch of Cumberland Road between McKnight Road and Babcock Boulevard. Access will be on newly constructed streets off of Cumberland.
