North Allegheny Defeats Bethel Park 42-14

The Tigers are 11-0 as they march toward a third consecutive WPIAL Championship.

For the third week in a row, the North Allegheny Tigers have scored 42 points to easily dispatch an opponent.

The most recent victim was Bethel Park, Friday night, in the second round of the WPIAL playoffs played at North Hills' Martorelli stadium.

The Tigers were led by quarterback Mack Leftwich who threw two touchdown passes and ran for another. Alex DiCiantis and Josh Bergman also scored rushing touchdowns and Elijah Zeise blocked a Bethel Park punt and returned it for another North Allegheny TD.

The Tigers now face conference rival Seneca Valley next week in the semi-finals. The location has yet to be determined. North Allegheny defeated Seneca Valley 45-3 in the third game of the regular season.
