Great Deals: Charity Clothes Sales Highlight Weekend Events

Hundreds of children's and women's clothes and accessories are on sale at two North Hills area events.

Highland Preschool Children's Consignment Sale


Saturday, Sept. 28, 8 a.m., 845 Perry Highway in Ross Township
Are you looking for beautiful, inexpensive outfits for your children? Do you want to dress your kids for the whole fall/winter season at pennies on the dollar? In need of a few toys or items of sports equipment to play with? Nearly 150 vendors offering such goods will be at the Hiland Preschool Spring/Summer Consignment Sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28th The sale items include newborn-to size 12 children's gently used clothing, baby equipment, toys, sports equipment and games. The red tag sale, with 25 to 50 percent off regularly marked items, will start at 1 p.m. The school  also now accept credit cards at the sale. (No need to stop at the ATM before the sale any more!)
