McCandless Residents Warned of Refuse Collection Billing Error
If you have already paid your Oct. 1, 2013 invoice, a credit will be applied to your account.
The following information is provided by the Town of McCandless
Due to a processing error in the Sept. 15, 2013 billing for your refuse services, the Oct. 1, 2013 invoices added the fuel recovery fee twice.
It is included in the "Residential Service October 1 to January 31" line, and is then added again as a second line item. Please disregard the fuel recovery fee line item when making your payment.
If you have already paid your Oct. 1, 2013 invoice, a credit will be applied to your account and will be reflected on your Feb. 2014 invoice.
